Equipment Princple
The crushing part of this equipment is composed of two jaw plates, one is fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw), which is vertically (or slightly outwardly inclined at the upper end) fixed on the front wall of the machine body, and the other is movable jaw plate (movable jaw), which is inclined in position and suspended on the eccentric shaft, and forms a crushing cavity with the fixed jaw plate, which is large at the top and small at the bottom. The movable jaw plate makes periodic reciprocating movement against the fixed jaw plate, sometimes separating, sometimes approaching. When the two jaw plates are separated, the material enters the crushing chamber, and the finished product is discharged from the lower discharge port; When they are close, the material between the two jaw plates is squeezed, bent and split and broken.
